
Judge Caroline Dozier
Judge Dozier was appointed to the 228th District Court by Governor Gregg Abbott. Judge Dozier served for over 31 years as a prosecutor in the Harris County District Attorney’s Office. During her distinguished career, she was awarded the Texas Gang Investigators Association Prosecutor of the Year in 2019, received two Chief of Police Commendations from the Houston Police Department, and recieved a Certificate of Appreciation from the FBI.
